Position: CEO/CMO

 Compensation: 150K-250K base with generous EBITDA-based bonus and Phantom Equity  

CEO Position 

Required:  

• Entrepreneurial chops: deeply understands direct-to-consumer product businesses.  

• A leader who develops leaders. Has a coaching process and knows how to replicate leadership development throughout the company.  

• Great at putting the right people in the right seats, accountability, and executive performance and compensation.  

• Energy, drive, vision, hope: "Let's go take that hill." And people want to follow, because he has a track record of knowing which hill and why.  

• Either personally fits or can put themselves in the shoes of our Customer Profile: male, self-reliant, dads with more money than time, values preparedness...  

• Inspired by our mission to inspire, educate, and equip citizens to confidently defend life and extend liberty.  

• Within/willing to move within daily commute distance to Centerville, Tennessee (western Williamson County is a very desirable area; Dickson is also an up-and-coming town). 

Desired:  

• Firearm industry experience 

• Personally competent with firearms and EDC 

• Confident communicating through a camera 

• Founder/co-founder who has successfully taken product to a consumer audience 

Marketing Officer / CMO Position 

Required:  

• Genius marketer—knows how to understand needs and communicate value to broad audiences in various media, especially online.  

• Highly competent in multi-channel digital marketing.  

• Excellent intuition about how messages land and what to say/what the angle is.  

• Has successfully taken products to a consumer audience.  

• Personally competent with firearms and EDC
