HVAC company located in Boulder, Colorado, a plumbing and electrical contractor that has been providing exceptional service to the Boulder/Denver area since 1979. With roughly 50 employees, we operate with a family atmosphere. We are in need of a self-motivated person to lead our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of integrity and a positive attitude.

 

Accounting Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Administration and supervision of all accounting and bank-related functions

Financial statement oversight

Coordination with CPA for timely income tax preparation

Management of all HR functions

Payroll processing (PEO)

Sales tax administration and reporting

Coordination with insurance providers

 

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

 

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business

Sound grasp of accounting principals

Minimum of 5 years accounting experience, preferably in a related service field

Leadership and management history

Team orientation with a willingness to be a hands-on contributor

Excellent communication and computer skills

 

Target salary range is $100-$150k. Includes health, life insurance, and a 401k program. Full-time position. Office hours 7:30 thru 4:30, Monday thru Friday. Relaxed, family type, professional atmosphere.
