Client Payroll Engineer

• Accurate and timely processing of assigned payrolls
• Serve as a subject matter expert in payroll system, time & attendance, & related payroll calculation functions
• Serve as first point of escalation for members of the Client Service Team when troubleshooting technical payroll issues
• Identify and support improvement efforts for failing or problematic payroll processes
• Accurate and timely data entry for all employee lifecycle task
• Accurately preform periodic Client Service tasks on the appropriate timelines
• Auditing payroll changes for errors or discrepancies in data and ensure integrity
• Resolve errors or challenges preventing the Client Service Team from achieving timely & accurate payroll processing
• Respond to client report requests
• Proactive review of PrismHR release notes communicate perceived risks to DOO and COO
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, payment issues, and client queries regarding payroll
• Maintaining client service tools (SOPs, Job Aids, Forms, Notes, Training Materials)
