Network Engineer

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc)
• Understanding of network architecture, design, and implementation
• Experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs)
• Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Familiarity with network virtualization and software definite networking (SDN)

• Adept in network engineering, with focus on design, implementation, and management of complex    networks.
• Experience with network architecture, design, and implementation in a large-scale environment.
• Proven track record of successfully resolving complex network issues and improving network              performance.
• In depth knowledge of specific network technologies such as:
• Routing and switching
• Network security (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection)
• Cloud networking e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Software-defined networking (SD)
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Experience with creating technical documentation, such as design documents, implementation            plans and technical notes
• Skills in network protocols
• Routing protocols such as EIGRP, BGP, etc.
• Switching protocols such as STP, LACP, VTP, etc.

• CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification 
• Advanced Certifications such as:
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or
• CCIE Cisco Certified Internetwork
• Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA) or
• Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional (JNCIP)
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional
