Regional Sales Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role focuses on driving sales growth by developing new and managing existing relationships. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business relationships with customers
- Drive new business within the assigned territory
- Create an annual business plan for your territory
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Maintain sales forecasts for your territory
- Manage CRM data and workflows
Requirements:
- Self-starter
- Consultative selling approach
- Experience in business development and account management
- Experience in selling capital equipment solutions
- Strategic thinking and regional business planning skills
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Located within the Upper Midwest (IL, WI, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in architectural sheet metal, roofing, and metal building manufacturing
- Familiarity with CNC machinery
- Over 5 years of sales experience
