The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will encompass the following:

• Reading and understanding engineering drawings
• Performing tooling calculations
• Programming G-code
• Setting up and running manual mills, grinders, lathes, CNC machines, shears, drill press, etc.
• Building, troubleshooting and repairing dies, tools and fixtures

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• Two years of tool and die experience (five years of machinist experience can be in lieu of the two years of tool and die experience)
• One year of experience programming G-code
• Possess a solid work history with at least three years at previous employers
• Being a US citizen or green card holder
• Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
