Position OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst – IT Finance plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of IT financial results across monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting/reporting cycles. This includes budget development, ledger analysis, and process improvement across financial systems. This person will also support broader transformation efforts in streamlining general ledger architecture and financial reporting.

What You’ll Do

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the IT department

  • Analyze and interpret financial information related to general ledger entries and transactions

  • Maintain and manage purchase orders and departmental invoice processing across IT cost areas (e.g., software licenses, hardware, data processing, salaries, allocations)

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing the IT annual budget

  • Ensure internal controls and policies are followed, while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 2+ years of accounting experience

  • Strong Excel skills

  • High attention to detail and analytical ability

  • Self-motivated, proactive communicator who is comfortable asking questions and solving problems
