The General Manager (“GM”) runs day-to-day operations across the entire manufacturing facility – which includes safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery functions. This means turning strategic plans into production results and doing it cost-effectively. The GM owns the facility’s financial performance and needs to be equally comfortable on the plant floor and in front of ownership, presenting results and driving accountability.
