The Head of North America Manufacturing is a results-driven leader responsible for advancing manufacturing excellence across our client's North America operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role has accountability for manufacturing performance across all North America facilities.

This role is accountable for plant-level execution and results across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The primary focus of the role is driving manufacturing efficiency, lean execution, and disciplined cost-out and maintenance across a complex, multi-site footprint to ensure reliable, safe, and productive operations.

As a central leader in our client's transformation journey, the Head of North America Manufacturing will embed Lean manufacturing principles, standard work, reliable equipment practices, and operational rigor across all plants, ensuring consistent execution, improved productivity, increases asset uptime, and scalable manufacturing capability in support of the company’s growth strategy.
