The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for sales forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytical support in conjunction with the preparation, presentation and analysis of actual results and forecasts to Sales, Finance and Operations management.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary finance business partner for designated corporate functions.

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with corporate function leaders to support strategic decisions and drive financial performance.

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for supported functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.

Deliver monthly budget-to-actual reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights to drive accountability and transparency.

Effectively communicate when SG&A targets are distributed or updated, helping leaders prioritize initiatives that maximize impact and value.

Lead the operational and sales budget planning, creation, and review processes.

Assist in the development of KPIs and the communication of performance metrics and expectations to various teams across the organization.

Demonstrate strong storytelling and communication skills to clearly articulate financial insights and business implications to executive leadership.

Create compelling, executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint that highlight the story behind the numbers

Provide financial guidance for key initiatives, vendor contracts, and transformation efforts

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in a FP&A focused role within manufacturing or CPG industries

Strong analytical skills and experience with building models, financial reporting, budgeting, and mining data for insights

Experience with business intelligence reporting & visualization tools highly preferred (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects)

Excellent communication skills both oral and written are required
Compensation range up to $140K + bonus
Onsite in Pico Rivera
