We are looking for a Production/Plant Manager for a 20-25 employee, Flexographic/Digital pressure sensitive label converter. This is a hands-on role, that could eventually move into a General Manager role.
Strong Flexographic printing experience with pressure sensitive labels is a requirement. A team building, mentoring, coaching management style is key. Following Lean Manufacturing, 5S & 6S principles are important. Experience with Digital/Flexo hybrid presses is huge. Having ISO 9001 experience is huge. Having a passion for using data to improve manufacturing processes is also huge.
