As a Recruiter Trainee, you will learn how professional recruiters identify talent, build candidate networks, qualify people, develop relationships, and support active searches across the power, energy, industrial, and infrastructure industries.

This is not simply a resume-searching position.

The goal is to teach you how to become a professional recruiter.

⚙️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Find and contact candidates for active recruiting searches

• Build targeted candidate lists within the power, energy, industrial, and infrastructure markets

• Recruit through phone, LinkedIn, email, databases, and online research

• Learn how to qualify candidates and understand their experience, goals, and motivations

• Develop long-term relationships with industry professionals

• Learn candidate sourcing, recruiting, sales, and professional search techniques

• Help build the talent networks that support future searches

🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable talking with people by phone

• Persistent and willing to follow up

• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely

• Interested in recruiting, sales, and relationship-building

• Willing to learn the power and energy industry

Previous recruiting experience is NOT required.

Experience in sales, customer service, business development, hospitality, call centers, staffing, or other people-facing roles can be helpful.
