🔥 ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting experienced CDL-A drivers for long-haul, over-the-road routes with dedicated freight.
Drivers can expect approximately 3,000–3,500 miles per week, preloaded outbound freight from the company drop yard, and consistent weekly home time.
This is a good fit for professional drivers who want steady work, reliable equipment, strong earning potential, and dependable dispatch support.
💰 COMPENSATION & DRIVER PAY
💵 $10,000 sign-on bonus
💵 $1,500–$2,000 average weekly earnings

⚙️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Transport long-haul freight safely and efficiently
• Complete routes averaging approximately 3,000–3,500 miles per week
• Pick up and deliver freight safely and on schedule
• Communicate professionally with dispatch
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation records
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Protect company equipment and customer freight
• Manage routes and schedules independently
🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License — CDL-A
• At least two years of OTR or commercial driving experience
• Acceptable motor vehicle and driving record
• Strong commitment to safety and DOT compliance
• Dependable and professional
• Able to work independently
• Strong time-management and communication skills
• Ability to satisfy applicable drug-screening and employment requirements
