As a Technical Field Advisor (TFA), you’ll oversee transformer assembly, service, and repair projects across the U.S. You’ll advise & train crews, ensure quality and safety, manage timelines, and act as the bridge between the field and the factory.  About 10% Field work going through crates to ensure proper parts are on site, advising on the the rigging and connecting the bushings.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Direct crews and subcontractors on transformer service projects
  
  

• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality at every step
  
  

• Keep projects on time and within budget
  
  

• Oversee reassembly, vacuum, oil fill, and testing of transformers
  
  

• Represent the factory until the customer signs off
  
  

🛠️ Requirements

• 8+ years of transformer field service (assembly, maintenance, repair)
  
  

• Experience with low, medium, and high voltage (4kV–800kV)
  
  

• Strong supervisory/leadership skills
  
  

• Ability to read/interpret electrical diagrams & test data
  
  

• Skilled with transformer oil processing and testing
  
  

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
