As a Transformer Project Manager, you’ll be at the center of high-impact projects ⚡ — from transformer installations to upgrades and relocations — that keep communities powered. You’ll guide projects start-to-finish, work alongside a talented team, and deliver results that truly matter.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from kickoff to completion 🚀

• Manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams 💼

• Direct vendors, subcontractors & field crews 🤝

• Communicate with clarity and confidence 📢

• Deliver transformer projects that power entire communities ⚡

💡 What You Bring

• 🎓 Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Mgmt, or similar

• 📜 PMP certification (or strong project management background)

• ⚡ 3+ years managing large-scale ($1M+) projects

• 👏 Strong leadership & collaboration skills

• 🌍 Ability to travel up to 30% (including internationally)
