🔥 ABOUT THE ROLE

This position combines three exciting areas:

1. Internet Marketing & Influencer Development

Help grow the Top Job Finders brand through social media, professional networking, digital content, industry communities, and candidate engagement.

2. AI Marketing Infrastructure & Automation

Help build and operate the systems that attract candidates, capture registrations, automate follow-up, and connect qualified professionals with our recruiting team.

3. Recruiting & Performance-Based Opportunities

Learn professional recruiting while helping convert candidate relationships and marketing-generated leads into successful job placements.

You'll work with the TJF recruiting team and receive guidance, training, and access to established recruiting resources.

TJF retains ownership of its marketing infrastructure and candidate systems, while you have the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for developing, operating, and improving them.

Your success won't be measured by how many posts you publish. It will ultimately be measured by the real opportunities and results you help create.

⚙️ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

🌐 Internet Marketing & Social Media

• Create and manage engaging social media content designed to attract skilled professionals and build the TJF recruiting community.

• Help manage company and designated leadership social media accounts, respond to messages, and develop professional relationships.

• Develop influencer-style marketing campaigns, industry-specific content, and candidate engagement strategies.

• Grow TJF's visibility among professionals in power generation, utilities, energy, manufacturing, and skilled trades.

🤖 AI, Automation & Candidate Acquisition

• Help build candidate landing pages, registration funnels, lead capture systems, and automated follow-up campaigns.

• Research and implement approved AI-powered marketing and recruiting tools.

• Connect marketing-generated candidates with TJF's recruiting database and recruiting team.

• Monitor engagement, candidate registrations, marketing conversion rates, and placement-related results.

🎯 Recruiting & Candidate Placement

• Source, contact, screen, and develop relationships with potential job candidates.

• Work with existing candidate records and new leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Learn to match qualified candidates with available career opportunities.

• Maintain recruiting activity and candidate information in Top Echelon.

• Work toward successful placements that create value for candidates, employers, and TJF.
