🔎 About the Role

As a Circuit Breaker Technical Expert, you’ll be the trusted authority ensuring performance, maintenance, and reliability of HV circuit breakers. You’ll partner with customers directly, mentor younger technicians, and drive innovation and excellence in every project.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• 🧰 Troubleshoot and resolve complex breaker issues.

• 🔧 Develop & implement maintenance strategies to maximize reliability.

• 📝 Review Bills of Materials, drawings, and technical documentation.

• 👨‍🏫 Train and mentor junior technicians & engineers.

• 📡 Stay current with evolving circuit breaker technology and standards.

• 🤝 Build lasting customer relationships — from spare parts offers to field service.

• 📞 Provide real-time updates on inspections, orders, and service requests.

• 💼 Support the sales team with technical input for proposals and bids.

🎯 What You Bring

• 🎓 Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering OR 10+ years HV breaker maintenance/diagnostics.

• ⚡ Deep knowledge of breaker systems, applications, and field troubleshooting.

• 🧩 Proven problem-solver with technical expertise.

• 🗣️ Strong communication and customer service skills.

• 🛡️ Safety-focused, detail-oriented mindset.

• ✈️ Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

• ⭐ Prior experience in spare parts offers or service sales is a plus.
