• Microsoft Azure Support, Microsoft Intune Support.
• Provided White Glove service to C-Level and General Population end users.
• Microsoft Azure Support working with Intune and Azure Monitor.
• Worked with and supported Office 365 applications.
• Setup and support Zoom & Zoom Room Video Conferencing.
• Amazon Web Services support for Virtualized Environment, Duo Authentication support.
• Active Batch Software Packaging for Companywide installations.
• Microsoft SharePoint & Microsoft One Drive support for various departments.
• Service Now Ticketing System with Incidents, Problem Management and KB’s.
• Service Now Asset Management of computers, peripherals, and applications.
• Windows 10 &Windows Server 2016 support for trading, legal, back office, and accounting issues.
