A highly regarded global investment firm is seeking a Tech Support Engineer to join a mission‑critical technology team supporting endpoint and collaboration platforms used across the organization.
This role offers hands‑on exposure to enterprise systems in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment, with ownership of issues from intake through resolution and opportunities to contribute to ongoing infrastructure modernization and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Own and resolve end‑user technical issues, including root‑cause analysis
- Support endpoint, collaboration, and productivity technologies
- Partner with senior engineers and vendors on complex issues
- Deploy and support enterprise applications with direct business impact
- Contribute to system stability, security, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical foundation (degree or equivalent experience)
- Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems (AD, DNS, networking)
- Hands‑on experience with two or more: Windows, macOS, M365, Intune, Exchange Online, Azure, SCCM, mobile devices
- High standards, strong ownership mindset, and excellent judgment
- Background in financial services or similarly high‑reliability environments preferred
