Occupational Therapist (OT) – Atlanta Public Schools
📍 Atlanta, Georgia | Full-Time | In-Person
Are you an Occupational Therapist looking to make an impact in one of the most diverse, dynamic, and student-focused districts in the Southeast? Comprehensive Therapy Consultants is hiring a full-time OT to support students across Atlanta Public Schools—a district that’s as forward-thinking as the city it serves.
If you’re passionate about helping children develop the functional skills they need for success in school and life, this opportunity puts your purpose to work.
As Georgia’s capital, Atlanta is a city that blends history, innovation, and soul. When you live and work here, you get:
World-class restaurants, museums, music, and events
A vibrant mix of neighborhoods—from urban lofts to tree-lined suburbs
Beautiful green spaces like the Atlanta BeltLine and Piedmont Park
A booming job market and major airport for easy travel
Rich cultural heritage and a strong, diverse community
Living in Atlanta means you’re always close to something meaningful, whether it’s a weekend festival, a quiet walking trail, or the joy of a student reaching a milestone because of your support.
As a school-based Occupational Therapist in Atlanta Public Schools, you’ll work with students across a range of ages and needs. You’ll focus on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care routines, and access to the classroom environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that help students build independence and confidence.
This is an in-person, full-time position with support from both the district and our therapist-led team.
At Comprehensive Therapy Consultants, we believe in bringing life-giving excellence to the students we serve—and we know that starts by supporting the therapists who serve them.
