Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:50 AM – 3:40 PM

Guaranteed: 40 hours per week

Assignment Dates: March 15 – June 15 (end of school year and potential continuation)

Position Overview

Comprehensive Therapy Consultants (CTC) is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students in Loudoun County Public Schools, primarily in the Ashburn Court area. This is a floating position with scheduled visits to west Loudoun County locations throughout the week. The OT will collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support students’ access to education through meaningful, school-based occupational therapy services.

This position offers guaranteed full-time hours, a consistent daily schedule, and the support of an experienced school-based therapy organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and functional school skills

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers

• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring

• Travel between assigned school locations as part of a floating assignment

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

Schedule & Coverage Details

• Daily hours: 8:50 AM – 3:40 PM

• Monday through Friday

• Floating role primarily based in the Ashburn Court area and weekly visits to west Loudoun County school locations

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week, regardless of student schedules or cancellations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain)

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Reliable transportation for travel between school sites
