Comprehensive Therapy Consultants (CTC) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in partnership with Dysart Unified School District. This is an exciting opportunity to help students build the communication skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and beyond the classroom.

As a school-based SLP, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive speech and language services that foster student growth and independence. What You'll Do

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing evaluations (as appropriate for the school setting).

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's educational goals.

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs.

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and families to support student success.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations and eligibility meetings.

  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings by providing recommendations based on evaluation results and student progress.

  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation that meets federal, state, and district requirements.

  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

  • Provide consultation and education to staff and families regarding communication strategies and classroom supports.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize student outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license (or ability to obtain before employment).

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

  • Eligibility for Arizona Department of Education certification if required.

  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

  • Passion for helping students develop the communication skills necessary for lifelong success.
