Occupational Therapist - Ortho Clinic
Occupational Therapist – Orthopedic / Hand Therapy Setting
Let’s talk hand therapy!
If you’re an Occupational Therapist who’s passionate about all things upper extremity, thrives in an outpatient orthopedic setting, and has a love/hate relationship with thermoplastic splinting material… you might just be our people.
We’ve partnered with a clinic in sunny Brandon, Florida that’s looking for a skilled OT (or rising star) who knows their way around splints, tendons, and timelines. If you enjoy the puzzle of post-op rehab or the challenge of custom orthotic fabrication, this is your chance to get hands-on in a role that offers purpose, growth, and a team that gets it.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not into gatekeeping, but here’s what will get you through the door:
-
A licensed Occupational Therapist (Florida license or eligibility)
-
New grads with 3–6 months of adult outpatient ortho/hand therapy fieldwork? Welcome!
-
Experienced OTs with 1–3 years of adult hand therapy? Even better.
-
Splinting skills are a must – if you can fabricate orthotics in your sleep (but please don’t), we’re impressed.
-
A CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) is preferred, but not required – bonus points if you’re on the path.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary and benefits package: 401(k), PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability.
* Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
* Supportive and collaborative work environment.
* Realistic scheduling and productivity goals that allow for the high quality of care and delivery of services.
* Career growth and advancement.
* Opportunity to work with some of the best surgeons in the country.
