About the Role

As a Special Education Teacher, you’ll support students with diverse learning needs through personalized instruction, collaborative IEP planning, and compassionate classroom strategies. You’ll work closely with general education teachers, therapists, and families to ensure every student has the tools they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

This is a full-time, in-person position serving students in Loudoun County Public Schools—a district known for innovation, and inclusivity.

✅ Job Requirements:

• A genuine commitment to bringing life-giving excellence to students with disabilities

• Active Virginia teaching license with Special Education endorsement, or eligibility to obtain one

• Knowledge of IEP development, classroom accommodations, and differentiated instruction

• Strong teamwork, communication, and classroom management skills
