Position Summary

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the organization’s marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth across equipment rentals, engineered solutions, and project-based deployments. This position operates as an individual contributor role responsible for both marketing strategy and hands-on execution of initiatives. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts support broader business growth objectives while maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and highly organized, with the ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing programs within a B2B industrial environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth objectives
  • Lead integrated B2B marketing campaigns from concept through execution
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including website strategy, email campaigns, SEO, and marketing analytics
  • Establish measurable lead generation targets and track marketing performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support pipeline development
  • Develop account-based marketing initiatives targeting priority industries and geographic markets
  • Manage CRM marketing workflows and ensure accurate campaign reporting and lead tracking
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing communications
  • Plan and coordinate trade show participation and industry events including logistics, materials, and ROI tracking
  • Manage marketing budget and oversee vendor relationships including designers, agencies, and marketing partners
  • Create marketing collateral including presentations, case studies, brochures, and sales support materials
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform marketing strategy and positioning

Performance Expectations

  • Drive measurable growth in marketing-generated leads and sales pipeline contribution
  • Increase brand visibility within targeted industry segments
  • Demonstrate clear ROI on marketing initiatives through data-driven reporting
  • Deliver high-quality marketing initiatives that directly support business development efforts
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital, print, and event channels
  • Support overall company revenue growth through aligned marketing and sales initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience (B2B or industrial marketing experience preferred)
  • Proven experience developing and executing revenue-driven marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to track campaign performance
  • Experience managing digital marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with leadership and sales teams

Work Environment

  • Office-based environment in the Charleston, SC region
  • Standard business hours with flexibility as business needs require
  • Occasional additional hours may be required to support operational demands
  • Occasional travel for trade shows and industry events may be required
