A well-established, community-based health system in the Northeast is seeking a full-time OB/GYN to join an experienced and collaborative women’s health team. This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates and seasoned physicians looking to practice in a supportive environment with excellent resources and competitive compensation.

Practice Details

Established multi-provider group consisting of:

5 Physicians
-
3 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)

3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

EMR: Epic
Call Coverage

Call is required
-
Shared call of approximately 1:4
Office Setting
-
Busy outpatient women’s health clinic
-
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
-
Base Salary: $350,000 – $400,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Signing Bonus: $60,000 – $70,000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
-
CME Allowance: $4,000 annually

Licensing & Professional Dues: $2,000
-
Paid Time Off: 240 hours annually

Malpractice Coverage: Claims-made policy with $2.3M per occurrence / $6.9M aggregate, including tail coverage

In addition to base salary, providers may qualify for productivity or value-based incentives, bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation per system compensation guidelines.
