Immediate need in Greenville, SC
  • Normal weekday hours M-F, 9-5
  • 8-10 patients per day
  • 60/90/120 min appointments
  • panel limited to 350 patients
  • Relational care focus 
  • Dedicated nurse
  • Private office
  • One dedicated exam room and one flex room
  • Full clinical support (referral coordinators, practice management, Athena support, etc.) as needed, nutritionist, mental health specialist, integrative medicine, and exercise physiology.
  • Nurses draw blood, x-ray on premises, IV therapy on premises
  • No Vacation call, 1/9 night and weekend call
  • Phlebotomists on premises, some IV therapy on premises
  • Back office support
  • Hospital Privs but not inpatient
  • 200 patient-facing work days per year, scheduled quarterly
  • $3,000 CME annual allowance
  • 401K w 4% match
