ESOP owned Electrical contractor that has been in business for 40 years is seeking a President. Reporting to a Board of Directors, and with a team of 163 employees, you will direct the day-to-day operations formulating plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives, insuring profitable growth and fulfilling company's commitment to the Fort Wayne community.
The Role:

Create, approve, and implement broad corporate policies, procedures, and organizational structures.

Establish and monitor short-term and long range plans consistent with profit and growth objectives.

Provide key management direction to top executives and management, motivating managers to function as a cohesive team.

Provide advice, guidance, and direction to carry out major plans and procedures consistent with Board established policies.

Monitor and analyze operating results relative to established objectives, insuring the corporate performance is satisfactorily maintained.

Inure that the adequacy of the company's financial structure.

Encourage the development of a dynamic company spirit that exemplifies fairness, creativity, integrity and healthy aggressiveness while producing maximum benefits to the employees, clients, and the community.
Your Background:
-
10-15 years of experience in electrical construction
-
3-5 years in an executive leadership role in the construction industry

Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plus.

Strong leadership skills

Demonstrated strategic, business, and financial acumen

Experience in mentoring and succession planning

Strategic planning experience

Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
