Sales Representative

Responsibilities
• Prospect for new B2B clients through face-to-face meetings, phone outreach, and industry association involvement
• Actively build and grow your own account base, not just manage what's handed to you
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with your client base
• Present and deliver excellent furniture solutions to new and existing customers
• Reach and exceed sales targets
• Manage the details — proposals, paperwork, and follow-through — with accuracy and care
• Collaborate closely within a small, supportive team
Qualifications
• 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Background in flooring, commercial construction, or related B2B/adjacent industries a plus
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new sales/business software systems
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and genuine drive to grow your income
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active in the local business community with a passion for networking
Compensation
• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Year 1 OTE $100K+ (total compensation range $40K–$100K)
• Minimal travel — the large majority of business is local to the Fort Wayne area
