Office Furniture Sales Representative

Responsibilities

     Prospect for new B2B clients through face-to-face meetings, phone outreach, and industry association involvement

     Actively build and grow your own account base, not just manage what's handed to you

     Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with your client base

     Present and deliver excellent furniture solutions to new and existing customers

     Reach and exceed sales targets

     Manage the details — proposals, paperwork, and follow-through — with accuracy and care

     Collaborate closely within a small, supportive team

Qualifications

     5+ years of business-to-business sales experience

     Bachelor's degree

     Background in flooring, commercial construction, or related B2B/adjacent industries a plus

     Comfortable learning and adapting to new sales/business software systems

     Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and genuine drive to grow your income

     Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     Active in the local business community with a passion for networking

Compensation

     Base salary + uncapped commission

     Year 1 OTE $100K+ (total compensation range $40K–$100K)

     Minimal travel — the large majority of business is local to the Fort Wayne area
