The Role
As the face of our client company in Indianapolis, you won’t just be selling parts; you’ll be solving complex industrial challenges. You’ll be responsible for expanding market footprint by building authentic relationships with engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement professionals.
What You’ll Do

Drive Growth: Proactively hunt for new business while scaling existing accounts through regular on-site visits.

Technical Consulting: Use your expertise to help customers specify and select the right solutions from our fluid power and power transmission lines.

Project Management: Move the needle from quote to close, ensuring every technical detail is accounted for.

Be the Expert: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to provide real-world solutions.

Full-Cycle Service: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and account health.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in power transmission, fluid power, bearings, construction or a closely related industrial field.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills across all platforms (web, phone, and in-person).
