Director of Construction Operations / Project Leadership Role

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers (4+ direct reports), setting the standard for how projects get done.
• Own estimating and job costing accuracy across active projects.
• Navigate risk management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationships with confidence and professionalism.
• Partner with ownership on the sales and estimating process to protect and grow project margins.
• Manage effectively within established budgets, bringing financial discipline without needing ownership of the P&L.
• Bring your own leadership style while honoring the company's long-standing way of doing business.

• A strong background in commercial construction and general contracting.
• Proven experience leading people — you've led teams before, and you lead them well.
• Deep comfort with estimating, job costing, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
