The Role
We’re looking for an Accounting Manager who enjoys being a true business partner. You’ll work closely with the CFO, turn financial data into clear insights, and help guide smart decisions across the company. This role blends accounting know-how with analysis, collaboration, and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CFO on day-to-day finance operations and special projects

• Prepare and analyze financial reports (margins, pricing, costs, KPIs, trends)

• Lead the annual budgeting process and support strategic planning

• Create clear, easy-to-understand reports for leadership and business teams

• Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and commissions

• Build and maintain strong financial processes, controls, and SOPs

• Work with inventory costing, standard costs, and operational analysis

• Use tools like Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, and reporting tools to improve insights

• Collaborate with external partners such as auditors, accountants, and banks

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.  MBA or Master's in Accounting.  CPA a plus.

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience

• Strong Excel skills using pivot tables, data anlaytics and building dashboards

• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations  financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

• FPA analytics, modeling and reporting. Comfortable presenting complex financial information in a clear, practical way to top management.  

• Background working with audits, controls, and compliance

• ERP experience a plus
