Key Responsibilities

The Quoting Process: Prepare and manage accurate, timely quotes for industrial parts, equipment, and tailored solutions.

Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound calls and emails, providing expert product recommendations, pricing, and order information.

Vendor Coordination: Communicate closely with manufacturers and suppliers to secure pricing, availability, and lead times.

Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior inside sales representatives, and collaborate seamlessly with outside sales on major accounts.

CRM & ERP Management: Maintain precise customer and quote data using internal systems (experience with Epicor products is a major plus).
What You Bring (Requirements)

Experience: 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably within industrial distribution (e.g., MRO, electrical, automation, fluid power, or mechanical products).

Technical Savvy: Proven ability to generate technical quotes in a B2B environment and read/understand technical drawings and diagrams.

Core Skills: Strong professional communication skills, excellent math aptitude (percentages, ratios, fractions/decimals), and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Mindset: A positive attitude, a sense of urgency, the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Physical/Logistical: High School diploma; ability to lift up to 35 pounds; valid driver's license.
