Senior Regulatory & Compliance Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Regulatory & Compliance Manager to lead regulatory and compliance efforts across multiple products and business functions. This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days on-site each week.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 10 regulatory professionals
• Oversee regulatory compliance, reporting, documentation, and audits
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Quality teams
• Advise leadership on regulatory requirements, risks, and new opportunities
• Stay ahead of changing regulations and turn them into practical business solutions
• Drive process improvements and use technology, automation, and AI to increase efficiency
• Support sustainability initiatives and compliance reporting
• Build strong relationships and help develop regulatory expertise across the organization

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of regulatory, compliance, or quality experience
• 5+ years of experience leading professional teams
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance programs, and audits
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong business sense and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders
• Ability to travel up to 25%
