Client is a global leader in the sustainable packaging industry.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead new packaging adhesive products from ideation to product transfer
• Design and execute Test/Pilot testing trials for coatings and adhesive products
• Help select, qualify and assess new vendors and raw material suppliers. 
• Participate in cost reduction and  quality improvement for existing products including root cause analysis

Qualifications:

• BS in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or similar 
• At least 4 years in adhesives development
• Experience with food packaging, paperboard and water based adhesives
