A well-established industrial manufacturer is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead their growing Lubbock facility through an exciting period of expansion and transformation. The Opportunity: This Lubbock branch has evolved into a strategic hub, consolidating operations and significantly increasing shipment volumes. We need a hands-on leader who can balance time on the production floor with strategic planning—someone who leads from the front while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

Your Impact:

• Drive accountability and performance in a culture that values transparency
• Monitor and improve key metrics: on-time delivery, safety, customer service, and production goals
• Implement systematic processes using ERP systems (Sightline experience a plus)
• Shape the future of a branch positioned for continued growth

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field, equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
• Proven track record of holding teams accountable while fostering development
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking
• Experience meeting production goals and monitoring KPIs
• Strong inventory management skills
