The Opportunity: This Lubbock branch has evolved into a strategic hub, consolidating operations and significantly increasing shipment volumes. We need a hands-on leader who can balance time on the production floor with strategic planning—someone who leads from the front while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
Your Impact:
- Drive accountability and performance in a culture that values transparency
- Monitor and improve key metrics: on-time delivery, safety, customer service, and production goals
- Implement systematic processes using ERP systems (Sightline experience a plus)

What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field, equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
- Proven track record of holding teams accountable while fostering development
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking
- Experience meeting production goals and monitoring KPIs
- Strong inventory management skills
