IT Director

Role Overview You will lead local IT/IS operations, aligning site priorities with enterprise technology standards to drive efficiency, cybersecurity resilience, and business growth.  Looking for someone with a strong background on the IS side of the organization, rather than someone whose experience is primarily focused on traditional IT infrastructure and technical support.  In addition to strong IS experience, we are looking for a candidate who brings solid business acumen and practical business experience—someone who understands how technology and information systems support overall business operations and can effectively partner with leadership and various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Leadership: Partner with business leaders to identify technology solutions, optimize workflows, and build high-ROI business cases.

• Enterprise & Cybersecurity Alignment: Integrate corporate IT architecture and implement robust cybersecurity, access control, and incident response protocols.

• Project & Vendor Management: Oversee site IT projects, manage vendor relationships, set budgets, and mitigate operational risks.

• Team & Infrastructure Support: Lead IT support staff, serve as the technical escalation point, and manage local ERP platforms, databases, and systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 5+ years in IT support/management with strong experience in enterprise systems, ERP platforms, and databases.

• Leadership:  Experience leading an IT team.

• Skills: Advanced MS Office proficiency; strong strategic, project management, and cross-functional communication abilities.

• Commutable to Van Wert, Ohio - on-site role
