We are looking for an HR Director on behalf of an established company in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area that truly values the HR function as a strategic partner to the business.

This is an executive-level role with a genuine seat at the leadership table, reporting directly to the President/CEO. The HR Director will serve as a trusted strategic advisor on workforce planning, organizational development, and business strategy — while also staying close to the day-to-day HR operations that keep the company running well. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants influence at the top and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, not just an HR administrator
• Strong full-cycle recruiting background is a plus
• Solid foundation in employment law and HR compliance
• Experience with Paycor HRIS a plus
• Comfortable building structure and leading change within a growing organization
• Local to the Fort Wayne, IN area strongly preferred

Compensation: Competitive salary in the $130K–$150K range, plus vehicle allowance and company-paid base medical/dental/vision for employee and family.
