The Opportunity

This Glendale branch has evolved into a strategic hub, consolidating operations and significantly increasing shipment volumes. We need a hands-on leader who can balance time on the production floor with strategic planning — someone who leads from the front while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

Your Impact

What You Bring

●      Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered

●      7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations leadership

●      Proven track record of holding teams accountable while fostering development

●      Proficiency with ERP systems

●      Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking

●      Experience meeting production goals and monitoring KPIs

●      Strong inventory management skills
