We are seeking a highly technical Quality professional to own and continuously improve the full RMA process. You will manage cycle time, administration, performance reporting, and serve as the primary technical contact with customers on quality-related product issues. The role supports advanced high-density power conversion modules used in AI systems, electric vehicles, and aerospace applications.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage RMA intake, eligibility review, processing, and customer communication on status, replacements, and refunds.
- Guide engineers through failure analysis of customer returns and the preparation of technical reports.
- Publish RMA performance metrics (including PPM and cycle time) and partner with quality/manufacturing teams on CAPA.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to maximize product quality and control costs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (BSEE preferred but not required).
- 5–10 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment in a technical failure-analysis role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to program-manage multiple technical activities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and with customers.
