EH&S Manager
Looking for an opportunity where your EH&S expertise can make a real impact? Our client is looking for an EH&S Manager to take the lead on safety and environmental initiatives at its 36-acre, five-building aluminum foundry complex.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll work closely with employees and leaders across the operation to create a safer workplace, strengthen compliance, and continuously improve EH&S practices.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and address workplace hazards and recommend improvements
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance
- Manage regulatory reporting, record keeping, and SDS documentation
- Maintain emergency response plans
- Lead safety training, including new-hire orientation
- Partner with all areas of the business to build a strong safety culture
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of EH&S experience in heavy industrial manufacturing
- Foundry experience is a plus
- Degree preferred, but not required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of manufacturing and production processes
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to operate mobile and stationary equipment
