High-impact opportunity for a motivated OEM Territory Sales professional who is ready to lead territory growth and uphold a culture of service and excellence. We’re seeking an experienced OEM sales candidate to grow market share and strengthen customer relationships across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on building new business, supporting existing customers, and representing a company known for its commitment to exceptional customer service. The position is based in Texas, and qualified candidates will have access to a major airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and lead generation while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Achieve territory revenue and margin goals through consultative, value-based selling.
  • Develop pricing strategies and quotations aligned with market conditions and company objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer challenges and provide technical solutions.
  • Manage long, complex sales cycles with disciplined follow-through and a strong sense of urgency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial OEM sales experience with proven success in consultative, long-cycle sales (6+ months).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with solid mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and close deals efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and adaptable with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% (daily and overnight).
