We are seeking a driven Sales Representative with experience in die casting or metal manufacturing. This role focuses on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for aluminum and zinc die cast components sold to OEM and industrial customers. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for aluminum and zinc die cast components within OEM and industrial markets.
• Promote products, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding accounts through additional product opportunities.
• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with engineering and production teams to support project development and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain weekly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management while working to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of sales experience within die casting, foundry, or manufacturing environments.
• Technical understanding of aluminum or zinc die casting processes required. Experience working with OEM customers is a plus.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven professional with strong networking and time management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary plus commission with OTE range of $120,000 to 140,000 annually
