We are partnering with an established manufacturer in the precision machine tool industry to identify a Regional Sales Manager. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, developing new business, and supporting growth within manufacturing and capital equipment markets.

This position is well-suited for a consultative sales professional who values long-term relationships and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer relationships within an assigned region

  • Develop new business opportunities across manufacturing markets

  • Support customers with engineered machine tool solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions

  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and sales forecasts

  • Represent the company through customer visits and industry events

Qualifications

  • Experience selling capital equipment or precision machine tools

  • Understanding of manufacturing environments and customer buying processes

  • Proven ability to manage accounts and develop new business

  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills

  • Willingness to travel as needed
