A top-10 AmLaw, global law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions team within the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
4+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm
Experience defending class actions, including securities, consumer, or data privacy matters
Previous federal clerkship is preferred
Proven ability to manage large-scale discovery and multi-matter dockets
Strong persuasive legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
Oversee large-scale discovery, including document review and production
Interact directly with clients and co-counsel, providing timely updates and strategic insights
Prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials
Ensure compliance with procedural rules and evolving legal standards

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: Annual base salary is expected to range from $310,000-$390,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors
Discretionary bonus opportunities are also available
