A top-10 AmLaw, global law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions team within the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented litigator to join one of the most highly regarded defense practices in the country, where you’ll work alongside industry leaders on sophisticated, high-impact matters that shape the future of mass tort and class action litigation.

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
  • 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm
  • Experience defending class actions, including securities, consumer, or data privacy matters
  • Previous federal clerkship is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale discovery and multi-matter dockets
  • Strong persuasive legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
  • Oversee large-scale discovery, including document review and production
  • Interact directly with clients and co-counsel, providing timely updates and strategic insights
  • Prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Ensure compliance with procedural rules and evolving legal standards

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Annual base salary is expected to range from $310,000-$390,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors
  • Discretionary bonus opportunities are also available
