This non-partnership track position is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to handle high-level litigation for a diverse client base in a role with more flexibility and a lower billable hour requirement.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing
• 7+ years of substantive civil litigation experience, including employment litigation
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting briefs, motions, and discovery documents, including e-discovery
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
• Experience managing deposition and trial preparation
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A proactive, client-centered mindset and strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Support the litigation team with case management and progression in civil and employment litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
• Handle discovery-related tasks, including e-discovery
• Facilitate deposition and trial preparation projects
• Keep the litigation team organized and running efficiently

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $150,000-$250,000, depending on experience and market factors
