Our client, a prestigious Amlaw 50 firm, is seeking an experienced Career Attorney to join their cutting-edge Litigation Business team. This non-partnership track position is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to handle high-level litigation for a diverse client base in a role with more flexibility and a lower billable hour requirement.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing
- 7+ years of substantive civil litigation experience, including employment litigation
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting briefs, motions, and discovery documents, including e-discovery
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience managing deposition and trial preparation
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A proactive, client-centered mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support the litigation team with case management and progression in civil and employment litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
- Handle discovery-related tasks, including e-discovery
- Facilitate deposition and trial preparation projects
- Keep the litigation team organized and running efficiently

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $150,000-$250,000, depending on experience and market factors
