Administrative Assistant
Job description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Scanning and Filing
- Closing of completed jobs
- Assist in payroll calculations and input
- Invoicing
- Bank deposits
- Basic Bookkeeping functions
- Answer and route phone calls
- Update employee schedule / Manage employee time off
- Plan lunch menu for the month, order and pick-up daily.
- Additional tasks assigned by Management
- Experience/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
- Exposure to QuickBooks
- Valid drivers license required
