Compensation$15 - $15 / hr
- Inspect berries and other fresh produce to ensure established quality standards are met.
- Check product for condition, appearance, freshness, damage, defects, and proper packaging.
- Identify and separate products that do not meet quality requirements.
- Verify labels, packaging, quantities, and product specifications.
- Accurately document inspection results and quality issues.
- Immediately communicate quality concerns to production leads and supervisors.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality-control procedures.
- Strong attention to detail is essential for this position.
- Previous food production, produce, packing, or quality-control experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a 34°F refrigerated environment for extended periods.
- Must have open availability and be willing and able to work long shifts and extended hours, averaging approximately 50–90 hours per week depending on production needs.
