Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in daily summer camp activities
• Lead structured games, drills, and martial arts-based activities
• Design and implement fun, age-appropriate games and experiences
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all campers
• Assist instructors with class setup, organization, and clean-up
• Collaborate with team members and support staff as needed
• Monitor student behavior while promoting teamwork, respect, and discipline
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and participants

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children (camp, coaching, childcare, etc.) preferred
• Creative and energetic approach to planning activities
• Positive attitude with strong enthusiasm and engagement
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain active and attentive throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
• Martial arts, sports, or fitness background is a plus (not required)

Additional Details

• Part-time schedule: 20–25 hours per week (varies based on activities and field trips)
• All off-site trips and activities are fully covered by the company
• Uniform: gym-appropriate attire; company t-shirt provided
