We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Foreman to lead and supervise field crews on job sites to install metal railing. The Field Foreman is responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This role serves as the key link between project management and field personnel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Supervise and lead field crews to ensure productivity and quality workmanship

· Plan, assign, and oversee daily work activities

· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

· Ensure job site safety compliance and enforce company and OSHA standards

· Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needs

· Communicate progress, issues, and updates to project managers

· Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members

· Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards

· Maintain job site cleanliness and organization

· Complete daily reports, time tracking, and documentation

REQUIREMENTS

· Proven experience as a Field Foreman or Lead in construction or related trades

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

· Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices

· FDOT experience or metal rail experience preferred

· Installation experience required

· OSHA certification preferred (OSHA 10 or 30)

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT

· Outdoor job sites with varying conditions

· Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

· Exposure to construction equipment and tools
